Incidents are generated by GameRank software running on a game server when an action that requires attention occurs. Incidents typically occur when a payment is due by a clan member or administrator, but they can also occur for other reasons.
Incidents are delivered via e-mail or are sometimes delivered in-game via a pop-up window as shown below:
